Golden Age Comic Book Stories has a very cool selection of Roy G. Krenkel's illustrations of Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tales of Three Planets. This selection of classic SF art is available Here.Audio
The Beam Me Up podcast has finished its two part reading of Gwyneth Jones' "The Tomb Wife" a finalist for The Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award. Part one is Here and Part two is Here. Both podcasts also contain commenytary on SF and science issues of interest and part two also has a reading of Shaun A. Saunders' short, short story "Uncertainty." Sorcery 101 by Kel McDonald is an enjoyable webcomic about the trials and tribulations of Danny Gunn, a less than competent sorcerer in a parallel world filled with werewolves, demons, vampires and other interesting people. This is a likable comic that grows on you as you get to know the rather quirky characters that inhabit it.The latest comic is here but I strongly recommend starting from the beginning Here. (Note the art improves very quickly from the first strip).
Hairy Green Eyeball has just put up the last of their week of Flying Saucer covers and comics. These range from silly (Tubby and Sad Sack) to "serious" stories and art about Flying saucers. All are in several posts Here. Thanks to Karswell of The Horrors of it All for pointing this site out to me.
And speaking of the The Horrors of it All , it has a good, but rather gruesome, pre-code crime comic up today Here. The violence in this one is a little too realistic for younger readers so use caution.

Yes, I always recommend viewer disgression when visiting THOIA, and while I make every effort to keep it all strictly PG-13, there are occasionally some disturbing moments that may actually creep into R rated territory. Thanks again.
It's always tough trying to estimate ratings; the standards seem to change arbitrarily. If anybody finds anything I link to here to be disturbing, I hope they will leave a comment to warn others - I think most QD readers are well above eighteen but just in case.
