This fifteen part serial is based on the Edgar Rice Burroughs Novel, Tarzan and the Jewels of Opar. Starring Frank Merrill as Tarzan and Natalie Kingston as Lady Jane, Tarzan the Tiger has Tarzan's estate being destroyed by Arabs raiders and Jane being sold into slavery. This serial was very early in the history of talking films and is essentially a silent film with a score, sound effects, and a little dialog added.
It is available from the Internet Archive in MPEG4 and DivX. I strongly recommend the higher quality DivX downloads.
